About your coach
I know what it's like to finally get the answer.
After years of feeling like I was failing at things everyone else found easy, I was diagnosed with ADHD at 62. That diagnosis changed everything — and it's why I do this work.
My story
From confusion to clarity
For most of my adult life, I thought I was lazy, disorganised, or just not trying hard enough. I'd start projects with enormous enthusiasm and abandon them halfway through. I'd forget important things, talk over people without meaning to, and feel completely overwhelmed by tasks that seemed simple to everyone else.
Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 62 was a revelation — and a grief. A revelation because suddenly everything made sense. A grief because I mourned all the years I'd spent blaming myself for something that was never my fault.
I trained as an ADHD coach because I wanted to give other late-diagnosed adults what I wish I'd had: someone who truly understands, practical tools that actually work for our brains, and the reassurance that you are not broken.
I trained at the Neurodiversity Training Academy to become a professionally qualified, certified coach — so that the support I offer is grounded in both rigorous training and genuine lived experience.
I am also Somatic Trauma Informed trained. ADHD places significant and proven stress on the nervous system, and many late-diagnosed adults carry years of that stress in their bodies without realising it. This training means I can support you not just with strategies and thinking, but with understanding and gently regulating your nervous system — so that coaching feels safe, grounded, and genuinely sustainable.

My approach
Coaching that starts with curiosity, not judgement
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all systems. Every ADHD brain is different, and what works brilliantly for one person can feel completely wrong for another. My coaching is collaborative — we explore what's actually going on for you, what you genuinely want, and what strategies fit your life and your brain. As a Somatic Trauma Informed coach, I also recognise that ADHD places real stress on the nervous system. Alongside practical strategies, I'll help you understand and gently regulate that stress — so that change feels sustainable, not overwhelming. I'll challenge you when it's useful, support you when it's needed, and always start from the belief that you are more capable than you've been told.
