How it works
Simple from the start
Book a free discovery call
We have a relaxed 30-minute conversation. You share what's going on, I share how I work, and we see if it feels like a good fit.
We agree a plan together
If we decide to work together, we'll talk through which package suits you and set up your first session. No pressure, no rush.
We get to work
Sessions are 60 minutes via video call. We focus on what matters most to you, build strategies that fit your brain, and track what's actually working.
You keep what you learn
Every session ends with clear notes and next steps. The goal is for you to understand yourself so well that you carry these tools long after coaching ends.
Common questions
Things people often ask
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
Yes — a formal ADHD diagnosis is required to work with me. I'm not able to work with self-diagnosed ADHD, as a professional assessment provides the foundation we need for effective coaching. That said, if you're currently on the path to getting a diagnosis, I'm happy to offer support to help you through that process.
Is ADHD coaching the same as therapy?
No — coaching is forward-focused and practical. We work on where you want to go and what's getting in the way, rather than processing the past. Many clients find coaching and therapy complement each other well.
How long does coaching usually last?
It varies. Some clients work with me for 3–6 months, others for longer. I recommend starting with at least 6 sessions to give the work time to take root. We review regularly and you're always in control.
What does Somatic Trauma Informed mean?
It means I'm trained to understand how stress and trauma live in the body — not just the mind. ADHD places significant, proven stress on the nervous system, and many late-diagnosed adults carry years of that without realising it. This training allows me to support you in gently regulating your nervous system alongside the practical coaching work, so that change feels safe and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
